Terms & Conditions

By booking a class with Congolese Dance Tutorials, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

• All classes must be booked in advance via our booking platform.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.
• Bookings are non-refundable. In special circumstances, credits may be issued at our discretion.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

• Please ensure your child arrives on time and is collected promptly after the session ends.
• If your child is going to be absent, please inform us in advance.
• No make-up classes are provided for missed sessions unless otherwise agreed.

3. Health and Safety

• Children must wear appropriate footwear and clothing suitable for movement.
• Any medical conditions, allergies or injuries must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if a child appears unwell or poses a risk to others.

4. Supervision and Behaviour

• Our staff will supervise children during the session only. Parents/guardians are responsible before and after class times.
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund.
• Respectful behaviour is expected from all participants at all times.

5. Photography and Media

• Occasionally, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. You can opt-out by notifying us in writing.

6. Safeguarding

• We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive and respectful environment.
• All staff working with children have valid DBS checks and follow our safeguarding policy.

7. Cancellations or Class Changes

• In the event of class cancellation (e.g. illness, weather, venue issues), we will offer an alternative date or credit.
• We reserve the right to change class times or locations and will notify parents 24 hours in advance.

8. Liability

• While all precautions are taken, Congolese Dance Tutorials is not liable for injuries or loss of personal belongings during the session.
